No special tools or wiring required-easy to install.  Designed for use with select in-ground poles measuring 15-25'.  The Solar Panels collect energy from the sun during the day and illuminate your flag at night.  This solar light measures approximately 8"x2" in size. . The light source is super bright LED's which can work up to eight hours at night after a full sunny day of charging, three self charging batteries are included.
