Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates for 2016

Flagline knows how important it is that your packages (and gifts) arrive on time.  We work hard to make sure everything is turned around as fast as possible.  We still ship as fast as always over the holidays and most orders are processed and shipped the same day (if placed prior to the 6pm eastern time cut-off).  Carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS are dealing with much higher volumes than normal and that can lead to unexpected delays and longer transit times.  There can also be unforeseen delays due to weather and/or human error (hopefully not!).  As always please give us a call if you have any questions.

We are expecting this holiday season (2016) to be fairly normal.  The weather should be less severe than last year and it seems more customers are planning ahead.  That being said- there will still be record high volumes with online shopping expected to grow (again). Just a warning!

UPS and FedEx will have money-back guarantees for their air shipments for most of the holiday season (with some leeway allowed the week of Christmas, and a few services might need an extra transit day- UPS Ground and UPS 3Day for the entire month of December). The UPS Ground money-back guarantee is void from Nov.27th-Dec.3rd and Dec. 18th-Dec. 24th.  USPS may make recommendations but unless you ship Express Mail they never have money-back guarantees with any of their shipments.

No shipments will be processed Thursday November 24th, Monday December 26th, and Monday January 2nd
