YES. While technically we are not an essential business ourselves we happen to share a workforce with a food business which is considered essential. For this reason our workers are still able to fulfill Flagline orders as normal. We have taken extra precautions per WHO recommendations and government requests. Due to our large warehouse facility we are able to easily practice social distancing, but we are staggering work shift hours to help keep our employees as safe as possible. We have increased the frequency that we clean commonly touched objects and surfaces as well as limiting any sharing of work spaces. We have closed to walk-in traffic (but we can deliver curbside) and all employees must stay home if they are feeling unwell.
As long as USPS, UPS, and FedEx remain in operation so will we. Most of our stock is on site and we will work to keep our website up to date as the manufacturer of flags is not essential and we do expect to see closures from some of our manufacturers across the country.
Yes. After placing your order, you will be able to print a copy of the order form that includes your order number. Also, if you provide a full e-mail address, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your email.

To help combat credit card fraud, the Billing Address must match the address for the credit card you're using. Otherwise, your credit card will be declined, and order processing will likely be delayed. That doesn't mean it has to match the requested Shipping address, nor does it mean that anything will be mailed to that address.
