What shipping methods are available?

Flagline.com uses the US Postal Service (First Class, Priority Mail, Priority Express Mail, International First Class, Priority, and Express) and UPS (Ground, 3rd Business Day, 2nd Business Day, Next Business Day, International Express) and FedEx (Express Saver, 2Day, Overnight, International Economy, International Priority).  Overnight orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.  Please call if Saturday delivery is required. 

How quickly do you ship orders?

Generally, orders received by 6 p.m. Eastern time (4pm Mountain) are shipped the same day. However, there are some exceptions to this standard. These exceptions include flags larger than 4x6 (except USA and US State Flags which we keep in stock) and orders of a larger quantity. These items are generally shipped within 2-4 days. Nautical alphabet flags above a size 0 are made to order and can take 3-4 weeks. If your order cannot be shipped according to these standards, we will e-mail you as soon as possible. I'd like the shipper to leave my package at the door without my signature. How can I note that instruction?

You have the option to select 'Signature Required', but the default is to waive the signature.  If no signature is requested and the shipper shows the package as delivered, Flagline.com will no longer be responsible for any delivery problems. If a signature is requested at a residential address, a charge of $2.00 will be added to the order.

Can I track my Flagline.com order?

Sure. You should get tracking information via email but if not you can call us.  For UPS tracking numbers you can check the status at www.ups.com and for usps orders you can check the status at www.usps.com, for fedex you can track your package at www.fedex.com

Does Flagline.com ship to APO/FPO (military) addresses?

Yes, via USPS. Please enter APO, FPO, or DPO in the City field and one of the following two-letter codes in the State field: AE for Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada, AA for Armed Forces Americas, or AP for Armed Forces Pacific.

I have an FedEx/UPS account. Can I have the shipping fee charged to my account?

Yes, you can. Please give us a call to place the order through the phone 1-800-353-2317.

I received a damaged package, what do I do?

If your order arrived damaged please contact us immediately via phone or email (1-800-353-2317, [email protected], ) so we can file a claim with the shipper (USPS or UPS).  At that time we will instruct you on how we will ship the replacement and what to do with the damaged package.

I received an incorrect item, what should I do?

Please call or email us first.  If it is our fault we will reship the correct item and send a return label for the incorrect one.  If it is an error on your part we will work with you to find an equitable solution.

When will I receive my order?

Depending on where you are located, First Class USPS takes 3-8 days to arrive, and USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days. Unfortunately, the USPS provides no guarantee of these times. UPS deliveries for Ground take 3-5 business days depending on your location, 3Day is 3 business days, 2Day takes two business days and next day is one business day.

Can I include a card or other special instructions with my order?

Definitely. Just include your special instructions in the comments/gift message section of the order form. You can include a message to be put on one of our cards, in case you want your order shipped to a different address for an occasion like birthday, graduation, or to celebrate a win (or loss!) of a friend's favorite team.
