What shipping methods are available? Flagline.com uses US Postal Service (First Class and Priority
Mail) and Airborne Express (2-day or overnight). Orders shipped outside
the US will use USPS unless otherwise requested. Overnight orders placed
on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery
is requested. Saturday delivery will include an additional $10 fee.
How quickly do you ship orders?
Generally, orders received by 5 p.m. Eastern time are shipped the same day.
However, there are some exceptions to this standard. These exceptions include T-Shirts,
key chains, license plates, mugs, parking signs, and some caps. These items are
generally shipped within 2-4 days. Nautical alphabet flags are made to order, if they are
bigger than size 0. If your order cannot be shipped according to these standards,
we will e-mail you as soon as possible.
I'd like the shipper to leave my package at the door without my signature. How can I
note that instruction?
In the comments section of the order form, simply enter 'Waive Signature', and we
will pass that directive onto the shipper. Please note, however, if the signature is waived and the shipper
shows the package as delivered, Flagline.com will no longer be responsible for any delivery problems. Also, if a signature is requested at a residential address, a charge of $1.50 will be added.
What is your return policy?
Flagline.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee for unused products.
Should you decide to return a product, you will be refunded fully for the price
of the product. You will pay the shipping costs to return the product to us. Please contact
us at (719) 634-6346 prior to shipping for return authorization.

When will I receive my order?
Depending on where you're located, First Class USPS
takes 2-6 days to arrive, and USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days. Unfortunately,
the USPS provides no guarantee of these times. Airborne Express deliveries
arrive either overnight or in two days, depending on the level of service
you opt for.
Can I include a gift card or other special instructions with my order?
Definitely. Just include your special instructions in the comments section of the
order form. You can include a message to be put on one of our gift cards, in case
you want your order shipped to a different address for an occasion like birthday,
graduation, or to celebrate a win (or loss!) of a friend's favorite team.
Can I track my Flagline.com order?
Sure. If you've chosen a shipping method that uses tracking
(Airborne Express overnight or 2-day), you will receive a tracking number
at the email address you provided with your order.
Does Flagline.com ship to APO/FPO (military) addresses?
Yes, via USPS. Please enter APO or FPO in the City field and one of the following two-letter codes in the State field: AE for Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada, AA for Armed Forces Americas, or AP for Armed Forces Pacific.
I have an Airborne Express/FedEx/UPS account. Can I
have the shipping fee charged to my account?
Yes, you can. Provide your account number and type in the Comments section of
the order form, and the shipping charge will be automatically billed to your account. A handling charge
of $3.00 will still apply to your order.
Ordering Questions
Can I remove items after I've placed them in my cart?
Sure. Just click the link in the upper left hand corner that says 'View/Edit Cart'.
From the following page, items can be individually deleted, or the entire cart can be emptied.
How can I pay for my order?
1. Credit card: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
2. PayPal. PayPal is an extremely secure form of online payment. Visit PayPal.com to create an account. After
completing your order, a link will be available for you to proceed with PayPal payment.
3. You can print your order and mail it in. After completing your order, you'll be instructed
on the address to use.
4. Corporate purchase orders may be accepted. Please call (800) 353-2317 or email sales@flagline.com with your P.O. number.
Will I receive a confirmation of the order I place?
Yes. After placing your order, you will be able to print a copy of the order form that
includes your order number. Also, if you provide a full e-mail address, you will receive an
order confirmation after submission within 24 hours.
What should I use for billing address on the order form?
To help combat credit card fraud, the Billing Address must match the mailing address for the credit card you're using.
Otherwise, your credit card will be declined, and order processing will likely be delayed.
